<p><strong>Shorter Workouts with more Intensity</strong></p>

You don&#8217;t have to work out for a long time, but within about 10-18 minutes of working out, you can vary the intensity of the training to really start boosting your metabolism which helps you to burn off fat.</p>
<p><strong>Resistance Training</strong></p>
<p>Resistance training is also important if you want to burn off fat. Resistance training is a great way to start burning fat and when you do it a couple times a week, you&#8217;ll definitely start burning off more fat since you&#8217;ll be adding more muscle mass to your body.</p>
<p>When you add more muscle mass, it works to increase the pace of your<br />
metabolism, making sure that you burn off more calories, even when<br />
you&#8217;re at rest. Burning off fat is important if you are overweight. Many problems can occur if you are overweight, such as heart problems, strokes, high blood pressure, and so much more. So, before you get into bad health<br />
problems, it&#8217;s important that you work to start taking off that weight.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Most people are confused about how to <a href="http://therapidfatlossdiet.com/rfld.html" target="_blank">burn stomach fat</a> and think the only way to get a ripped, chiseled set of abs is to perform hundreds of sit-ups and a verity of other ab exercises. This is NOT the right way to go about getting sexy, toned abs. Keep reading and I will show you how to get abs the right way.</p>
<p>Let’s get started!</p>
<p>The right way to achieve a six of pack of abs is to perform metabolism boosting, fat burning workouts that work all major muscles of the body, including your abs.</p>
<p>I am going to show you <a href="http://therapidfatlossdiet.com/rfld.html" target="_self">how to burn stomach fat</a> using what I think are the three best indirect ab exercises. These three exercises are performed as a tri-set, meaning you perform one after the other without rest. After you complete the third exercise you rest for 30 seconds and repeat.</p>
<p>Here are my three favorite ab exercises:</p>
<p>1. Core dumbbell rows</p>
<p>2. Front squats</p>
<p>3. Squat trust</p>
<p>The repetitions for the first two exercises should be in the range of 8-12. When performing the squat trust stick with 15-20 reps.</p>
<p>Here’s how to perform each exercise:</p>
<p>Core Stabilizer Rows:</p>
<p>Start in the push-up position holding on to dumbbell’s Make sure you keep your abs tight throughout the entire movement. Now perform a row with one arm. Your other hand is going to be stabilizing your body. Return the dumbbell to the floor and perform the same movement with the other arm for the set number of reps. Believe me this exercise really gives your abs a great workout. Give it a try see how it feels.</p>
<p>Front squat:</p>
<p>The bar is held in the front of the body instead of the back. You lift the bar from the floor like you would when performing a power clean. Then place the bar across the front part of your shoulders and cross your arms over the bar to hold it from rolling off. Even though this is a leg exercise it stresses the abs strongly because the weight is in the front of your body and the abs have to work hard to stabilize the weight. Plus the squat will help shed fat fast.</p>
<p>Squat Trust:</p>
<p>The position for this exercise is in the push-up position. You then trust both legs forward bring your knees under your chest at the same time. Remember to use 12-15 repetitions for this exercise then repeat the entire cycle (all three exercises) over again.</p>
<p>Congratulations! You just finished one of the best ab workouts without doing sit-ups, crunches or any direct ab work what so ever.<br />

<p>Using free weights instead of machines, this requires your body to use more muscle and to work harder which will speed your metabolism and increase fat burning.</p>

not have to worry about stabilizing itself. But when you use dumbbells  your body has to call upon many more muscles to help stabilize and balance the dumbbells resulting in more muscles being worked.</p>

<p>When your goal is fat loss, you should be performing compound exercises that work more then one muscle at a time. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The most often question I get asked,is “<a title="What's the best way to ose belly fat" href="http://therapidfatlossdiet.com/rfld.html" target="_blank">What’s the best way to lose belly fat</a>?” Most people want to know what form of exercise is better for losing belly fat.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve, tried them all myself and experimented on all of my clients.</p>
<p>With over 18 years experience helping other people lose weight I&#8217;m pretty sure I know what works and what&#8217;s a waste of your time.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s what works for people with limited time to exercise, most of my client don&#8217;t have 40-60 minutes a day to exercise. The people who come to me for help cannot spare 40-60 minutes to exercise.</p>
<p>They just don&#8217;t have 4-6 hours per week for exercise, and to be honest with you you don&#8217;t need that much time to get amazing results.</p>
<p>Having said all that, here&#8217;s the bottom line for losing belly fat fast&#8230;</p>
<p>Use my one minute warm-up described below, perform circuit training to lose belly fat fast and build lean muscle, and then perform interval training to burn even more fat. I&#8217;ve structured my<a href="http://therapidfatlossdiet.com/rfld.html" target="_blank"> rapid fat loss system</a> so that your workout takes no longer than 15 minutes a day, three times per week.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll do one minute of dumbbell swings to warm-up. This is a much more efficient than walking 5 minutes on a treadmill, which really does nothing to prepare you for the workout that lies ahead.</p>
<p>Then you go right into your fat loss circuit, where you perform six exercises back to back with no rest  between each exercise. This cuts your workout time in half, while still giving you great results. You only need 10-15 minutes for this, and you&#8217;ll use full body combination exercises to acheive this.</p>
<p>And finally, you&#8217;ll do 10 minutes of interval training on your non circuit days. A warm-up, followed by six short intervals at your appropriate fitness level interspersed with short periods of low-intensity recovery. That&#8217;s the whole workout. Again, about 10-15 minute circuit training three days a week and two days of 10 minute intervals on non circuit days.</p>
<p>To say this workout burns fat fast is an understatment, infact research proves you will burn fat up to 39 hours after you finish this type of circuit workout. While 60 minutes of aerobic exercise will only burn fat for 2-3 hours after your done. So what would you rather do? workout 10-15 minutes and burn fat all day or workout for an hour and burn fat for only 3 hours.</p>
<p>Did you know long slow cardio, has the potential to cause overuse injuries, plus it&#8217;s an inefficient way to lose fat. If you only have 10-15 minutes to workout and you spend it all doing cardio you will never have that sculpted body your after?</p>
<p>So the best way to burn belly fat is by combining circuit training and interval training. It’s fast, it works, and it’s fun!</p>
